Defective products

If the product you receive has a defect, we will accept it back and refund your money within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The original product packaging must be undamaged and the product unused. When returning, please state the product name, order number and reason for the return.

Withdrawal from the contract

Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Please note: due to hygiene requirements, cosmetic products may only be returned in their unopened, undamaged original packaging.

Return conditions

• The product must be in its original, intact packaging, undamaged and unused;
• It must not have lost its marketable appearance (labels and protective films undamaged);
• In the same configuration as received;
• The proof of purchase must be enclosed.
