Delivery & payment

Delivery cost and timing

• DPD parcel locker – 4,90 €; for orders of 79,00 € or more — free;
• Courier to your address – 5,00 € (flat fee, regardless of the order amount);
• Products are delivered within 3–7 business days after payment (during high order volumes — within 7–10 business days);
• Minimum order amount — 59,00 €;
• We do not deliver to the Curonian Spit.

Delivery methods

• DPD parcel locker – to a DPD parcel locker of your choice (4,90 €, free from 79,00 €);
• Courier – to the address you provide on business days from 8:00 to 18:00 (5,00 €). The courier will call the phone number given in your order before arriving.

Orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you cannot accept the parcel during delivery, please arrange for someone else to do so.

Payment

After placing an order in the online store, you will receive a confirmation with instructions for payment by bank transfer. We ship the products once payment is received.
